THE ORANGE STUDIO
Magda teaches at her Ulster Pilates location in Orange County New York, in the town of Greenville, between Middletown and Port Jervis NY 12771. The Pilates exercise method is offer in individual, duet and trio classes. This studio is fully equipped with Balanced Body Pilates Reformers, Springboards, Cadillac and Wunda Chair. Our program is based on the precepts of Ellie Herman Studios in New York. It emphasizes correct biomechanics and deeply works the abdominals, diaphragm, pelvic floor and back muscles. At Ulster Pilates, sessions are tailored to the needs of the client and our expertise will guarantee you with the best movement and exercise experience.
